Grand buffet experience.Food as you expect for the price, being below averages. Some things extremely bad some things edible.Service was incredible, staff everywhere clearing up and refreshing food. Asking for a tip is cheeky though and the reason why I didn't tip.Atmosphere not relaxed felt rushed the whole time.Glad I tried but won't be back

Came yesterday, at 08:30pm, at £20 per person excluding drinks I expected a decent meal. Sadly, many of the dishes weren't replaced at this time, seemed only chips and chicken nuggets left along with a couple of other leftovers. Wont come back sadly, topped off by being asked to tip, this isnt the USA, tipping here is for a good meal and service, it isn't mandatory.

This was the worse food I have ever had. The staff were very rude and management too. My friend got so nauseated and threw up in her food. I had to beg for a glass of water for her and napkins. I went to bathroom and threw up too. My husband got home he threw up too, as well as my friends partner. We got the bill and asked for manager and told her because of the situation the 2 ladies shouldn't have to pay. But the 2 off us will pay.She acted the manager like we were free loaders and was rude Even insulting my husband because he entered his credit card and didn't put it in all the way so the card was declined and she started saying insulting things and laughing saying I hope you have another card. He retride it and it worked. It felt so degrading we were so humiliated. We hadn't drank any alcohol or stuffed out faces.I couldn't eat but a third of my plate. We traveled a long ways to get there, as it was my friends birthday.Every one on Sunday were still sick, I am still laying on sofa with my blanket. My husband agreed to pay for him and his friend cause they didn't throw up, until they got home. They threatened to call the police unless he had another card or one worked. We are from USA and our credit cards are apple credit cards. The manager said she had never saw one before. And the laugh and sarcastic words we paid and left!

I've been going here for years. Normally go here 2-3 times a year. I can't fault the food but the pricing is terrible now and very expensive. What was once £10 a head has now doubled!. I appreciate that everything has gone up but to pay twice more is quite ridiculous. I personally think for that price, you should get a drink included with that. I also wasn't too keen on being asked if I would like to tip. This is very rude and customers feel like you should be obliged to pay for a tip even though there's a bowl full of money!. Bad manners. I can't fault the food and the service.

Nice food and as much as you can eat at a reasonable price. It's a help yourself buffet so it was a bit manic and crowded but very enjoyable all round. Some of the western dishes (hash browns, chicken nuggets, plain chips, etc) weren't great, however that's not what you come for at a place like this and the Oriental dishes were lovely, fresh, hot and tasty so exactly what you'd want. My only real critique would be they could do with more prawn dishes and the only one that they did have were cooked in full shells so a bit of a hassle to eat, but other than that would definitely recommend :-)

We went there with 2 people at 5pm on a Sunday for the Grand Weekend buffet. The price was not great but acceptable. The staff was very friendly and quick in what they were doing. The Atmosphere of the place was good as well, the tables were a bit small that's why 4 stars for that. The first thing I tried were both of the available Ribs they both were dry, chewy and I could barely get it off the bones. Their variety of fried chicken we all dry and some of them overcooked. The prawn crackers were rubbery and not crispy anymore. For desert I tried the fried Banana and it was kept in the heating tray for too long it was rubbery and not crispy anymore. The ice cream freezer was not clean and there was caked up ice cream between the different tubs. Their fried prawns were good. The friend mushrooms in oyster sauce and the fried rice were very good and tasty. We also paid 3£ for a small Pepsi which is acceptable but not cheap either.

Firstly the downside due to the current situation around this pandemic means they want you to have a temporary mask on when collecting food and temperature check. Imagine having to put a mask on everytime you want to grab another plate of food! The selection of food isn't good if your know Cosmo's or Tops in Manchester I'd say give this a miss, however if you want to eat a lot of food for less than £20 then go for it. Staff are really friendly though.

Called in for an early lunch. Bit on the pricey side at 15.90 not including drinks, but it’s expected for a buffet. Service was ok, plates cleared very quick but when we asked for water we had to ask twice and still never received it, so we were left thirsty as didn’t want to pay an extra 6 pound for 2 small glasses of coke. Will return but hope they bring water when requested.
