Was told I would get a telephone consultation on a day that I had night shifts, not given the option to book a day earlier, they specifically told me it would be at 9:30 in the morning. They didn’t call until 11:15 (they claimed the time was a miscommunication) and unfortunately I just missed the call, instead of attempting a second call I was given the message to rebook even though I called back immediately to ask to be connected. Being a doctor myself, I know DNAs are normally registered on the system until at least three attempts are made at a call, not a single attempt, can see why so many patients end up in A&E when they can’t see their GP. Gutted and angry at the waste of time and loss of sleep over this.

Always found reception, nurses and Doctors pleasant, knowledgeable and above all professional. I have experience of many Doctors surgeries and this is one of the best surgeries in the country.

The surgery has been exellent with my hubby getting him refered to the hospital quickly but with they are good at rebooking my appointments for the same day

I had a telephone consultation with someone who promised to get back to me, but three days later they still had not contacted me. When I telephoned them the staff had very little interest and fobbed me off. This surgery has been run down over the years, from 9 members of staff when I joined 23 years ago to 2 or maybe 3 now.

I queued up at reception to register, but was rudely told that this can only be done from 10-5pm, even though the surgery is open until 6:30pm, and you cannot even take away a form to complete and post back. This is not a place that caters to people that work full time at all. Very disappointing.

Very helpful staff here :-) They couldn't fit me in when I needed but managed to get me an appointment to see a GP at the hospital. Very helpful!

From my experience, I would say that it's complicated to get a same-day appointment; the person you speak to on the phone would do her best to get rid of you. It's nearly impossible to book a routine check-up unless you don't mind waiting for a month or more. Doctors are good, but Some of the reception staff are rude.

They have you doing online but don't deliver medication on i r orders my tablet last wendsday they all come apart from pregabalin 300 l have run out againI had to mug my own medication ( what the point in having delivery) so the chemist don't have it in ,but if she released it when ordered i have it im in pain

Just tryed to get my repeat prescription on line the old website was so easy to navigate but the new one!!!!! Oh my god took me a good few minutes to find where I needed to be why have you changed it.. IF ITS NOT BROKE DON'T FIX IT

Absolute farce....Was waiting for partner 30mins over appointment time and she ended up cancelling as had to get somewhere else.Called to make new appointment, told that we walked off on previous!!!You have to wait 2 wks for a phone appointment or 2 wks for face to face!!This is a joke, also receptionist is rude!!!!
