Roby Glazing replaced 6 windows including 2 bay windows. Very pleased with the end result, any mess was cleaned up and when problems with the previous installation were identified more manpower was added to fix the issue and make good the mess that was hidden away. The quote was no obligation and despite the job being relatively small the company owners visited every day to check and monitor progress. Small extras such as new hinges for an existing window and custom handles were provided complimentary when I was expecting to pay extra. Will recommend to friends and colleagues. I would highly recommend this business. A new double glazed window was installed within a week of me ringing up. Gary did his job quickly and efficiently without any issues whatsoever.Gary also cleaned up after himself before leaving the property which I really appreciated as so many tradesman neglect doing this on so many occasions.

Did a fantastic job reglazing a broken window. Polite and professional lads, cleared up and removed all old broken glass and rubbish. Reasonable price and a much better job than I could have done!

Didn't turn up three days in a row. No contact at all from them. I had to chase them repeatedly.When I told them to cancel the order, they didn't apologise or show any remorse, they just hung up on me.I'd have given them all the time in the world to do the work, if anybody from the business bothered to contact me just once.Can't imagine how much of a nightmare they'd be if you needed them to come back to fix warranty work.
