He is very knowledgable and explains the outcome of your test so you don’t leave with a meaningless prescription.Great new range of frames and Susie is especially supportive for frame selection.All round great experience for the entire family

Watch out if you need to change lenses down from a premium version. I purchased office lenses at £275 (this included £25 to put the new lenses into my existing frames which I was happy with) They offer to exchange lenses if you do not get on with the ones you have paid for, but.... they do NOT offer any refund if you need to downgrade on cost. Apparently this information (T&Cs) is on the wall of their office, and they apologised if this was not pointed out (it was not and having already done a lot of reading off walls would probably have asked for it printed so I could take it home and read so I could cancel before the lenses were ordered if needed) Something that apparently they are going to learn from and do in future with customers! Other than that I am happy with the service I recieved. Considering the glasses are 3 times the price of Specsavers though I would hope so.

Just returned from my 1st visit - a 'first aid' appt re a poss issue with one eye. Wow. Fantastic service! Clear explanation, professional throughout, friendly approach start to finish. I left feeling 100% informed and reassured...all for just £35! In a world that's evermore about price and speed, Pete and his team make a fabulously refreshing change.
