I have a Renault Megane repair for front and rear disk pads shoes replacement. It's changed the front and rear brakes and disc pads of my car.I went to 3 times visit garage and complaint about Rear side break shoes small and burn did not open and investigation Also Front Disc and pads when slow speed push my car break pedals and pads disk make vibration noise stop I am not happy fitting and parts problem I have still same problems I do not recommend any customer service very bad

they sell something like this as a replacement. hammered. not fit the car. loss of two days, part not working properly. after a long wait and a large surcharge, the original part was installed. but problem not solved. ripped off of sada lambda was to be replaced. was installed not working sensor. no words. i will never go there again.

Booked fit for me through eurocarparts brake pads & discs change. Advertised on EC as open at 0800am, actual open at 0900am and they say to get there 15mins early for morning slot. I was there just before 0800am. Not seen till 0920 as the mechanic saw someone who arrived much later to put his car first on ramp to tell him what's wrong. Once work commenced, the mechanic then said that one of the callipers needs replacing. I don't know whether he damaged it when fitting brakes. Either way was stuck. First told extra 72 for part and 16 extra to fit. I told them the brakes are off anyway, so there isn't any extra labour. Agreed to 16, then owner Farooq comes in and says extra 40 labour and then finally agreed on 20 extra. On EC it costs an extra 10 labour to fit the calliper. A garage I wouldn't use again, although the brakes seem fine, I think they need a bleed of brake fluid as appears to be lots of peddle travel. Seems a garage for cabbies as they appear to rent out cabs and do all PCO administration. Also garage has sign saying japanese auto Centre, but they don't trade as that, not really a specialist in Japanese cars, although name is misleading. They advertise they accept Amex but they said although they can accept, they don't because they get charged 7% fee. Left garage at around 1100am.

Poor customer service.If you are not a regular or someone that they know even if you booked yourself from before you gonna wait there for long time until you get your job done.About changing your oil there don't even bother to do it there if you want to have same old oil circulating in your engine...As I said, if you wanna do anything with these guys, think twice.

Went there without any booking...they sorted me out(oil, filters) in 40 minutes. Professional staff and good value for money. Thanks a lot Chris!

Amazing people, I didn't know that each seat belt for the back seats have a designated buckle. They told me straight away what I was doing wrong and now everything is fine. Very friendly and helpful people, great place to take your car for repairs.

Felt as F1 pit stop. They grabbed the car and replaced the brake discs and pads in minutes. 5 stars
