I'm a tourist from the U.S., passing through Bournemouth. I took a chance getting a pedicure and had a great experience! Lee Vu was friendly and fun and gave me an excellent pedicure.The website said that the shop is accessible. As a mobility scooter user, that was important to me. But the old door recntly had to be replaced and the builder put a step on the front of the new door. Lee was very gracious about lifting my scooter into the shop and assisting me. She plans to get a ramp soon.Thank you Lee Vu; you are appreciated!

Lee and Ciara are amazing! They always take time to ensure you love what they've done before finishing your appointment. New window display and door look great. They now offer fresh coffee and tea or cold drinks (inc Processco) with your appointment. Highly recommended.Lee did my gel pedicure last week and it's stunning!

Lovely girls, easy booking and cute nails!Although the booking app was easy, it wasn’t very clear when it came to pricing, so I ended up paying almost 3x as much as I expected once I had the nails done.Would go back

I live in Devon and came down to visit family. The young lady that did my nails was Iranian and what a great job she has done. She is thorough and very good. Would definitely use again if I lived nearer.

Really disappointing experience. I booked with Lee as I’d read good reviews but realised halfway through I was not sat with Lee. The lady I had looked like she didn’t want to be here, was unwelcoming and kept rubbing her eyes shut. She also had a cold, and at one point sneezed into her hands and didn’t sanitise after! Unfortunately she also cut me multiple times. And no apology when this drew blood.Came for a relaxing treat but ended up with bloody nails and possibly a cold incoming. Would NOT recommend.

I was left waiting for over half an hour after the time I'd booked my appointment for and no one acknowledged me. Its a shame because they are really good in there but I don't think it's fair to have to wait around that long if you've booked for a specific time. I wouldn't of minded if they were like sorry we are running late got nothing but quite a cold vibe from them. And awkwardly had to leave because I had somewhere else I needed to be

Always get my nails done with Chiara and she is fabulous ✨ Super talented, friendly and her designs are on point! Been to a few salons in Dorset, and this is the best nail salon by far. Most just want you in and out quickly, but Chiara takes great pride in her art, and the girls always make you feel so welcome.
