Went to order a gold wash costing £25.The Sale person asked about pet hair in the car.Told him that it was only hair loss from a person receiving cancer treatment, not pet hair, who tried to charge me an extra £30 pound to clean the car.I will never use this car wash again. They have no compassion for persons receiving cancer treatment.How many other people have they told to pay extra money to clean car after they have cleaned it.Got email from boss asking for what happened.Replied to email. No response from company tomorrow email after a week.Look like they don't need the business to work or they trying to get rid of the staff in that franchise

Worst car wash I have ever used! Almost £40, and still crumbs left on the back seats, dirt and mud on the floor. Too dark inside St David’s 2 to me to fully see, really annoyed that I paid for this.

Update: No response to my email for 2 weeks from the team who replied to this review and said they would like to investigate.After the Sahara sand last week I thought to have my car nicely washed at st David’s car park instead of parking in John Lewis like I always do. Wish I didn’t bother. I had the silver package, the best exterior before having to pay for interior too. After 4 hours after no contact from the company, I came back to my car with scratches all over it. Everyone had gone home by the time I returned. Luckily there was another family who came back at the same time while we were checking the car and they had their phone number. We called up and they said they knew about it and it was because I had cement on my car so they did not want to touch the car with cement bits (totally understand that) but how had my car now got scratches in 6 places on my car if they did not touch it. They clearly knew they had done damage but they decided not to call me to come back to discuss, instead they went home and made me return to my car in that condition. Shall not return. Photos to show scratches on the bonnet and side panel, there are also some on passenger door with some down to the paintwork. Really disappointing.

NEW and IMPROVED ownership!I am SO IMPRESSED and HAPPY that I tried The Car Wash Company. From previous reviews I was worried. But when I went I spoke to the owner and he explained the he had taken over the company a few months ago and now was trying to fix the past bad reputation it’s gotten!Don’t let the old reviews put you off! Car Wash Company is NEW and IMPROVED! And super convenient when St David’s parking is full and you can go shop!

Results were excellent.We had a Vallett on 6.September.Operator was fast friendly and efficient.Explained what would be done and costs.Excellent. Will certainly go again.

Not very good at all.Bought top of range Diamond clean.Glass streaky with original grime just pushed around.Instruments/controls just wiped leaving streaks dashboard areas left dusty. Cup holders and trays left dirty.Wheels left dirtyBarely vacuumed interior.A really bad detailing for £55.Don’t bother going here the price is ok but a lot for a bad wash a bad vacuuming and a quick wipe down.Edit******I was asked by the ‘owner’ to email them to the address given in response to this review. I did, twice, a week later still no response.Not entirely unexpected.Edit***** 26 July 2018'Owner' eventually contacted me a few weeks later - promised a refund and a free clean - but a week later nothing. An empty promise perhaps.Edit ***** 27 July 2018'Owner' made good on promise - both pleased and impressed - rating changed from 1 Star to 4 Star for Customer Service

I have never had to deal with such rude men before! The car is clean but not sparkling I’d give it 3 stars. They refused to let us have the gold package and made us pay for the one service up from gold as it was ‘dirty’ which is the point of needing a car cleaned surely? It had some sawdust in the boot from moving some things to the tip but it was far from dirty!They said on return cash only but I pointed to the sign and card machine so he huffed, stopped watching sky news on his phone and reluctantly went to fetch the card machine all the time speaking in a language I couldn’t understand to his mate.Absolutely shocking. If it was my business and they were representing my brand I’d be telling them to pack up and leave.

Extremely poor service. There were a number of different issues. I was told my car would be ready in 2 hours but when I returned 2 and a half hours later it wasn't finished. I then had to point out a number of large areas on the car where the polish had not been removed. As well as this when I opened my door there was still rubbish which hadn't been removed as part of the service I paid for (platinum). I then noticed that my rear seat, which I keep folded down, had been removed completely! It was just left on the other rear seat so I then had to reassemble my rear seats. Upon driving away it became clear that some kind of polish had been used on the pedals as my foot nearly slipped off the clutch as I pulled away. Finally when I drove out into the sun it was obvious that no attempt had been made to clean the inside of the windscreen which was one of the main reasons I took it in. As this is a paid car park I was not willing to drive back in and pay for another ticket to speak to the men at the time. I paid nearly £30 for this service which was completely inadequate.Edit: I have since received an email offering a full refund and free wash. While the customer service side seems great and very helpful I won't be using the free wash voucher as I don't want to take my car back here.

Unhappy with the service. I would have had much better value paying my teenager to clean the car. Wheels have come up really well, but apart from that not worth the money at all (platinum service)...I even had to give the interior a quick once over to remove the leftover dust. Gearstick not touched and small bits of rubbish in door wells not removed as part of the package paid for.Will never return, and do not recommend.

I requested the diamond clean and the extra leather seat clean. It was a total waste of time and money.My seat hadn't been touch there was still crumbs and bits on the seats. I dont think he cleaned my car for more than 20 minsI will not be going back there and I dont recommend anyone else going there
