Phoenix Archery

First time using phoenix. Initially chose because item I wanted was reasonably priced and in stock. P&p was also fair. Very shortly after placing order I received notification and then confirmation of despatch, all within 24hrs. Excellent service, unlike merlin, who claim to have items in stock, don’t despatch anything for weeks, create some fictitious issue, before finally sending your order.

Big respect to the lads and lady at pheonix archery. Called in after being highly recommended the other week on an archery forum. my friend purchased an ash fieldbow hybrid while I took a nosey and had to return this week myself, what a shop!!!An absolute must for the beginner - pro archer. everything you need is in stock or mark will most likely be able to get it. The shop itself boasts two ranges indoors and I believe he also has a bow tuning workshop !!Interestingly he also sells second hand bows and accessories and may offer you a bid on you're own if you're looking to sell or even upgrade in store. seen some unique american and traditional pieces so always worth a nosey.Walked away with this beauty at a very nice price ragim impala #35 which mark supplied a bow string , arrow rest and nock point which he fitted and strung for me himself in store for free and gave me some arrows to test try on the range before I left deffo one of the best shops in the UK keep it up guys !!!!

I and my partner arrived looking for a bow, we had no idea what to get. After Mark gave us a bit of background information, assessed our abilities and measured us up with bows, we were left feeling much more knowledgeable and confident in what direction we needed to go. Brilliant, knowledgeable guy, sales do not come first with Mark, only customer satisfaction. Me and my partner left with a bow each that we both felt very comfortable and extremely happy with. We could not have picked a better place to get started. We will be using this shop for the foreseeable future. I and my partner actually left, bragging about the customer service and quality of the stock. This place really has everything Archery related.Do I recommend it? Absolutely. Mark is even great to chat with if you have interests in wild camping and foraging. Top guy. Also the arrow crafter there is very pleasant and helpful (applologies, I did not catch his name).

Amazing archery shop with the largest selection of bows and accessories I have ever seen. Fantastic experienced staff giving great advice. No pressure to buy. Must be the best archery shop in the country

Called into Pheonix yesterday with my partner to get our first Achery gear, was super impressed with the whole experience,Mark was super knowledgeable and easy going, gave invaluable advice and measured us up for all the relevant gear, no sales pitches just good expert advice of what we should be looking at from a beginners point of view, said and did everything our club said we should experience on out first visit to a shop, 4 hrs later and after plenty of equipment testing, we both cam away extremely happy with our new kit, and quietly impressed at the value too!Both did our first shoot with the new kit this morning, and so pleased with the results.Highly recommended and will no doubt be repeat visitors

First time buying a bow and arrows.Mark phoned me to tell me that my order was a bit off and recommended me with what to go for.He seemed to care about me as a customer and wanted to leave me with good impressions.The products are really good quality and I'd order from here again.Nothing to complain about.

A cracking day out, sage advice from Mark, a great range of products and a chance to try your bow out in the indoor range. We will be back soon for more gear and tweaks.

Brilliant shop and owners. They seem interested in archery rather than ripping you off. Much more welcoming than the last shop we tried. They let us use whichever bow we wanted on the range to get used to it and we left with a bow, arrows, glove and bracer at a bargain price. ( Less than 100). Strongly recommend for anybody looking to get into archery or get better kit
