Unreliable ring for £20. Diamond on ring lose after 4 days after buying and just found the same ring with ear rings on amazon for cheap that were also in shop

I believe the manager isn’t there anymore but she was the worst person I have ever come across! Really disrespected me and very unsupportive. The workers weren’t treated well and I would like to think WJ has progressed.

Did some Christmas shopping here and they were brilliant. Went back because I wanted an exchange on a bracelet that my sister didn’t like and Fatos was very helpful and so I treated myself to some more bits.

Avoid!! Bought something for my partner and it was terrible quality, took it back and they openly discuss the price in front of her. Wrote an email to the bosses and got completely ignored. Hm Samuel is right next door, use them instead!!

Nice affordable jewellery shop. Always go there for gifts and they have lovely silver pieces. I wanted to look at a lot of rings and felt sorry for Fatos who was serving me as I was taking my time being indecisive. Thanks to Fatos for being friendly and patient. Was served by fats, really welcoming and friendly. She helped me pick out a few bits for my mum who said “I did well with my choice” thank you fats for helping me.

Quality of silver hoop earrings very poor quality. Clasp so thin and just bent like a paper clip. Lost one side in less than a week because of the inferior clasp. Do not recommend this product at all.

Have bought numerous gifts from the store in Waltham Cross and find the staff great and perfect gifts for my daughters friends, however I have been trying to buy online for weeks for my own daughters 18th coming up as she likes a couple of their bracelets and everytime i get to checkout it says their is an error with your order, i have messaged them a couple of times and not heard a single thing!!! can someone please contact me and rectify this please as my daughters birthday is in a couple of weeks.

Brought earrings returned one pair because could not do earrings up was replaced.clasp has worked lose now lost one only had a week cheap and not worth the money

Worst experienece ever with the young lady with long dark hair at Waltham cross branch, always rude and not knowing the meaning of being kind or polite to its customers. When purchasing a product they smile a lot, when you'll gp and bring it back their smile disappears.They even started to laugh and make funny expressions as I turned with the back!The manager is same like them, dosen't mind if people are not treated right and without respect!Better buy online instead of losing your energy with these kind of people; easy return online in case of issue not like in store so much trouble!I really don't recommend them at all.Very rude staff and always angry when returning with the product back!
