Went to new Chocoberry on Narborough Road. Very nice interior. Quite good service, but not competitive on price. £6 for small cheesecake, but admittedly every mouthful was delicious! £3.50 for latte.One staff member's English was a bit weak as got chocolate sauce on my son's ice cream instead of raspberry sauce, but I'm sure she'll get there soon!Honestly, I loved the place but a bit pricey to be a regular haunt. Great for a special treat now and again.

General:The staff was so kind, but there was a bad smell when I sat on the table waiting for my order which took for more than 15 mins.The presentation:I ordered Ice cream, milk cake, and milkshake for dine in on the table, but when one of the workers called me to received the order, it was packed for delivery!!I told him that this order is not delivery order, he said ohhh, I will fix this up. Then, he just put the Cake, Ice cream and the shake in a tray in their delivery packages without proper presentation which is very important when eating sweets. The taste was nice in general but offering the order in delivery boxes on tables is the worst idea when dining in.

Very well presented desserts. Large menu to cater a wide variety of desires. Great taste. Well priced too. Quick service. Ordered for take-away due to no dining in st the moment but looking forward to an opportunity to eat in as the place looked quite nice when I went in to collect my order.

Previously would’ve been a 5* - but my last visit was beyond explainable. Tell me why I ordered a milkshake that had to be eaten with a spoon because it was not blended properly?I rarely come out of my way to leave a bad review but this is just taking the mick lol.Even my cat is thinking the hell??

Not been to this place in a few years but I can state, it's seriously declined. Not a welcoming place, barely get attention when placing orders. From all the workers I will specify the girl with glasses is probably the only reason the business is still running. To top that, everything I ordered came out from both sides all night.

The staff was soo rude and refused to take my order at 1:30am (30 mins before closing time) the guy said staff is not ready to make order which sounds ridiculous. I came all the way from London and had a worst experience. They don’t even deserve one star!! They should close this shop if they can’t make order for their customers!!

A good dessert place has a lot of choices the kunafa and milk cakes are nice. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Aaliyah who took great care of us.

I recently tried the Chocoberry dessert, and I must say, the Strawberry Cheesecake was amazing! The combination of creamy cheesecake was truly delightful. Since I had takeout, I can't speak for the customer service in the restaurant, but I can attest that the staff who took my order over the phone were very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend trying their Strawberry Cheesecake!
