1 start is the lowest I can give and that is a real insult to 1 start company's, Never answer the phone or email you back, I had to complain to ERS (ERS on the other hand or brilliant) to get anywhere. I really don't know how they are still running. Complete joke of a company

If I could give a -10 score I would!!! Shockingly unhelpful!!!! 1st Central, you really need to stop using these people before you lose customShocking doesn’t even sun it up!Car was stolen 3 weeks ago. 1st Central pass the claim onto these people to validate.Got told I would have to wait two weeks for a telephone appointment to discuss my claim!! Complained to 1st Central then all of a sudden Brownsword had a cancellation and called that very day! Funny that!Get an email after this to request all our documents and car keys. Send next day.Heard nothing since and they’ve had all this stuff for a week!Called them and spoke to the most useless person on the phone who could only respond with “the documents are with our scanning team”. Like how long does it take to scan a piece of paper!!!!Sounded like a robot that had been programmed to just tell people useless information.Can’t give us any timeframes! Without a car as it was our only car we had that was stolen!Left still paying finance on a car we can’t even drive!Logged a complaint about these incompetent people with 1st Central! This has now made me want to move from them as they deal with this company

Terrible service, I couldn’t even get them on the phone to get updates on my claim. They also follow their script religiously is like talking to a robot 0 communication. If i could give no stars i would.

We recently dealt with Brownsword following the theft of a vehicle. They were very responsive and proactive in dealing with our claim, resulting in a swift resolve to something that can often be a very drawn out process.All the members of staff that we spoke to were very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

They are an insurance fraud investigation company that your car insurance provider will send you on to if they suspect you of fraud, but they are too spineless to actually be open with you about this. Presume they must have seen a lot of American cop programmes as their techniques seem to boil down to asking you the same questions in slightly different words and tones of voice, so I'm not sure how they would catch a real fraudster. Told me a slightly different story to my insurance company which made it clear that either they didn't actually know what was going on or someone was telling fibs about what was going on.

They have wrong gmail adres and didn’t contact with phone call to get information to do valuation..and after few months just when I contact my self and ask about my claim they told need more information…sow very pore communication

Not a great experience handling my claim. If you're an insurance company, please don't use them. 1st Central, recommend you change claim dealers ASAP for a company that better reflects your own standards/views.

I wish I could give this company any lower than 1 starIf I could give a -10 score I wouldIt’s been 5 months since I’ve had my car nicked and still the same rubbish excuses.No reply’s to phone or emails. Awful experience, took ages to investigate my claim, and never gave me any reassurance or clarification with what was happening. Always got told by them that they are waiting on other apartments. Wouldn’t recommendIm extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers
