This is a great shop for all your smoking needs. Friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere.

The staff here are absolutely horrendous. The older guy is even worse.. the tone and attitude in which he conducts himself towards I and other customers is disgusting. I’d hope that in the near future there will be a major change to the employees and perhaps bring in some nice people that are kind and helpful! Will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone who considers buying products here.

Good products but staff are usually rude. My partner and I went in not to long ago, wearing face masks, and the lady behind the counter started telling us off for wearing them! She encouraged other customers in the shop to single us out for this also. She continues to tell us that if people are really vulnerable, they should stay indoors! Disgusting.

I’m am so appalled by the older man that works at smokey joe’s, my partner and I are from Bournemouth and we bought our 2 vapes from here only last Thursday .. after the first few hours on our route back to Bournemouth we noticed they were both very bad products - by Saturday both products stoped working completely. We had been told we have a 30 day warrantee - 5 days later we come back from Bournemouth an decided to either ask for a refund or replacement as we were so disappointed to only be told “you’ve clearly been wreckless with the products and damaged them” with not a scratch on either of them. One no longer charges and the other leaks and has fallen apart. Nothing to do with damage it’s faulty. I am so incredibly disgusted by the customer service in that shop. Both coming from hospitality and business backgrounds and being spoken to like that I am absolutely shocked. We didn’t have a receipt but I had a PDF of my contactless transaction made on the 12th of July stating price, shop name, date time and location. I think anyone who speaks to people like he did & can leave people walking away in such discuss wiith no care should not be working anywhere near the business world, let alone a kiosk!!!!!!!!

Usually never have a problem in this shop when the woman who works there serves me but today was absolutely horrible the older man who was working was so rude to all his customers who were in the shop there is no need for it.
