They offered us a great package and we got more than we paid for. We were very happy when I recommended an in-house solicitor and finance advisor they both were great. They’ve been very helpful throughout the process from taking the pictures and compiling the advert, booking in viewings, right through to discuss the offer for my property. They always respond very quickly to emails and questions and the team are very polite and supportive. Negative experience, lack of professionalism, abrupt and intimidating staff team.We proposed a offer which was laughed at by Jordan, he deemed it appropriate to tell us the vendor ‘wouldn’t bother considering it’. More fool him, our offer was accepted and we were delighted as we were purchasing our first home. Fast forward several months, Skitts had failed to notify us of probate, this led to immense frustration as we had no timeframes, no correspondence and no support from the team at Skitts.Louise was our appointed sales progressor whom failed to fulfil her job description and did not contact us according to Skitts policy which was every two weeks. On multiple occasions we would attempt to contact Louise requesting further updates, she would speak abruptly and become rather intimidating and aggressive when liaising with her.A few months on, we have purchased another property and thankfully it was NOT through Skitts Bilston. I would NOT recommend the Bilston branch. The staff team at Bilston have poor manners, lack professionalism and do not fulfil their expected duties within a timely manner. They lack ethical responses and eloquence when speaking to their clients.

When looking for a place as a first time buyer, I was really nervous. However the team were more than helpful and willing to guide me through every step of the way.Evie and Jordan made excellent recommendations for solicitors and advice on mortgage services and showed me through the virtual tour. With Evie’s expertly done viewing and Jordan’s knowledge, I was able to find the right home for me.
