Paul is an Absolute super star. The heating on my focus wasn’t working and dreading the worst I took it along to VRV after inspection it wasn’t clear 100% what the issue was so instead of just changing a part that may have been wrong, Paul arranged for an auto Electrician to take a look. Thankfully the auto electrician was able to identify the faulty part for definite. However the part was several 100s of pounds but Paul suggested getting a used part, which suited me fine. Initially the wrong part was sent so Paul then managed to arrange a replacement and as of today I have fully working heating!! I can not recommend VRV enough, the service has been superb, going about and beyond.I would 100% recommend VRV to anybody, they are great guys, who will go that extra mile to get your car/van working.

I work for a supplier who supplies parts to Paul at VRV and he is always approachable and friendly. He will take the time to explain to you what you need with your vehicle and doesn’t make you feel silly asking the questions if you’re unsure. We took my partners car to him and he completed a service, efficiently and quickly. I have recommended him to family members and will continue to recommend him and VRV to anyone!

I had a full service on my car at VRV, Paul managed to make space for me with short notice because I’m a key worker and needed to get the car serviced around my hours. Paul and his daughter Hannah were down to earth, helpful and smiley. With everything going on it was a breath of fresh air to go to such a friendly place. I would highly recommend 5*

Hello people dont even go to this service they lie about everything they i payed for a full service and they didn’t even check nothing on it one of the worst places that i have ever been and seen i changed and some parts there and in the end they didn’t even fit them right how they have to fit them so dont go to this services they’re rude and disrespectful so dont go there im saying about the owner and his daughter the workers that work there they’re good boys but not the one who owns it disrespectfull place!!

We brought our converted camper Transit to Paul for service and MOT. LWB and high-top was no problem! Paul managed to fit us in very quickly and we had the van back the next day, when others were quoting upwards of a week. Even though VRV don’t do MOTs for our class of vehicle, Paul just arranged for the MOT at another garage and sorted it all out for us.Absolutely top service and - being new to the area - we’ll probably never go anywhere else with our vehicles now.Thanks VRV!

My husband booked his car here for a full service, he was a bit worried to bring a car to a service he hasn’t used before from a bad past experience at another car service. However, they reassured him that everything would be checked accurately and correctly. He payed out so much money to these people. We finally got the car back yesterday everything seemed fine, and then last night the car started making a weird noise! We took it to our friend who owns a garage and he said it was not fitted right! These people are just after your money nothing else, they don’t check everything. We are not these type of people to complain but we are so upset. We then called them to say these problems and they started shouting and being disrespectful and the girl put the phone down on my husband. It’s a shame as we were going to right a good review as the car seemed amazing at first.
