Booked myself in for a full head of highlights and was extremely happy with the results! Emma did my hair and was absolutely lovely - she really listened to me and I left with the result I wanted. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic service, very friendly & relaxed. Both men & women welcome. Covid standards in place and gave reassurance along the way with each change. Very happy with colour & cut and will be back!

I have never received so many compliments regarding my colour and hair cut as I do when I have Emma do my hair. She knows exactly what suits me and I don't even have to ask. I would recommend Bob and Cloche without hesitation.

Couldn't have left happier with my hair cut and highlights! Emma did a wonderful job and really listened and understood what I was hoping for. The results were beyond expectations! Health & Safety protocols are also being followed without this disturbing the experience at all and cleanliness was perfect. Will be looking forward to going back!!!

Not only a hairdresser, catering for both men and women, also offer manicure and pedicure services. Appointments are needed. The staff are most helpful and the environment is particularly pleasant.

Just had a manicure and pedicure nothing out of the ordinary. Short staffed and hard to get an appointment, it's linked to the hotel and should be better, when they were in the hotel I think the service was 5 star, more accommodating and definately friendlier.
