The food at Costa is amazing and it was probably my favourite place to eat breakfast in the UK.That being said, the specific one we went to no matter what time we went was always packed, so it was hard to find a spot to sit.Additionally, I felt bad for one of the staff as they had to manually grab every tray of the tables. Please invest in a Tray collector.

There was a young lady member of staff. Long blonde/light hair up in pony tail. I couldnt read her name badge. She was always smiling and cleaning up. She didnt stop. A real credit to Costa. Well done

i recently came in this costa looking to use a deal i had with my app. i was surprised at the lack of service i received and the slowness of the staff. despite there only being 5 people in the queue and 3 people behind the bar it took 10 minutes to even have our order taken. we ordered two one- shot drink but we noticed the barista was making a two-shot, we kindly said “i’m sorry our drinks were one shot” as she was looking at our ticket. she snarky replied “these will be they aren’t for you” and just passed off our drinks without saying what they were.i also noticed they were using paper cups as shot cups when surely they should be in-cups to be more environmentally friendly.

It's always very friendly here. Queues are a pain but if you can find a seat it's nice to sit and watch the world go by while you eat and drink.
