Went in for a coffee and a cake with my son about 3.30. Full of school kids so I reccomend choosing an earlier time if you prefer a more quiet environment. Cake and drinks were good, service was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff, replaced my sons drink after accidentally cleaning at away when we went to the toilet. Standard chain coffee shop experience.

Good coffee and excellent pastel de nata custard tart. Good service from friendly staff. Liked the spacious upstairs seating area.

We live in Cinderford and me and my wife / sister popped in today for a quick coffee with our pet dog Dave. The people on duty were really helpful when I explained that I was allergic to nuts in one of the cakes. It was fine as I asked for a bowl and I just took my nuts out and put them in the bowl. The coffee was nice, which is good. We managed to get back to home at 11am which was good as we were just in time for Dave to have a wee.

Monmouth has a number of good coffee shops however the staff at coffee 1 April Sid and Tom make this the best in Monmouth

Very dry and old chocolate cake. Bad service. Throwing two cakes on one plate And good luck. Tourist trap. After Complaining 20 min for a solution. Shame

Always busy when I’ve been here so expect a not insignificant wait to be served. Very limited seating downstairs. Quite pricey like most of these kind of coffee chains.
