Booked these guys two days in advanced with confirmation that they will come and do the job.Confirmed on the day (just in case) in the morning to make sure and that I would have enough time to find someone else if they said no. They confirmed they will be there for 100%!.I was sure they will come...1hour before I received a text: ”Sorry had big job just come in” then when I tried to phone there was no answer and then text: ”Sorry mate we are stuck on a job and the customer never told us she had 2 contain ers”Scam! I was left on my own and it was two men handling items.Not recommended as I was let down less than 1 hour prior to move.AVOID! not worth risking their cancelation!

Hugh and his team provided myself with both a professional and courteous service today, I cannot fault them in any way. I have health problems which they catered for empathetically and went that extra mile to make sure the move was easier for me and didn't cause me too much stress.Not only are they professional, they are also genuinely nice people who go out of their way to interact with you which is sometimes rare to find these days.Lastly, Hugh charges a very reasonable price for the hard work they do and the customer service is second to none from start to finish. I 100% recommend Man And Van Birmingham!!!

Hugh and Derrick are thorough gentlemen and professionals. Over the last few years we’ve moved house several times across England and along with us we’ve taken our baby grand piano. After a brief chat with Hugh over the phone we were given a quick quote and they arrived on time with a big truck. I was happy to hear that both Hugh and Derrick are musicians and that meant they would take good care of the piano along with the other household items. They’re easygoing, happy guys who are always cheerful and pleasant to work with. I’ve had experiences with many movers in the past and none have been so accommodating as them. There were a extra items which we had not anticipated during the quote but Hugh just smiled and brushed it off. They took care while packing our TVs and placed all the items carefully in the new house. Thanks guys! Really appreciate it!
