Exeter Bus Station

No driver for the bus, seems to happen with that route most days. Kids trying to jump the queue

I rang 3 times for the driver to stop at the next stop, he ignored it. No number to ring and report.him. II am an old person and am unable lto do the hills at the uni to get home. Maybe he would rather I had a heart attack than stop his bus. Disgusting service

Excellent new bus station, in the centre of Exeter... No ,1 service out to pinhoe and beyond did a great job

New version.Helpful staff. Vending machine often doesn't work. There's a number to call if it keeps your money and doesn't give product paid for if you can be bothered with all of that faff. Toilets open until certain time.They often have no soap. Buses often go to different bay than advertised and it's fingers crossed if you hear the fact being said, if in deed it is. Still catching up with other cities on how to function and operate to be helpful and provide a good customer service.

A good service for City Centre, other parts of Exeter and other towns across Devon. Only thing is I wish there were more frequent services for the H, 2, 44, 44A, X30 routes.
