Picked up a pair of Medway's and needed some shoe creme amongst other shoe care bits, both of my visits have been excellent and the team are very knowledgable. Will be visiting again soon to pick up some oxfords!

I’ve bought a few pairs from Loake Cheltenham and can’t fault either the shoes or the service.The team are always super friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.Wouldn’t buy shoes anywhere else!

I visited this store last Saturday.I ve got two pairs of Loakes.I wanted to get some oxblood polish and have a browse to give my wife a nudge for a Christmas present.The staff were very knowledgeable about the shoes,very helpful and affable.A full credit to Loake in my opinion.I will hopefully be going back soon.

Went in looking for some wedding shoes. Great discussion on shoes as I never take care of what shoes I buy so this was a first.Told me to wear them in and bring them back for a full service before the wedding. They looked fantastic after the service, great idea to wear them in. Sadly I danced around on my toes with the kids and took part in the limbo festivities. Leaving holes in both my wedding suit and my Loakes. Went back to the shop (this is the Cheltenham branch by the way). Asked how much to fix, it's all part of the service" was the reply and they did their best and they again came out fantastic!Massive thanks to the team!"
