I took in some faulty Docs a few months ago and the manager was super helpful. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue (no fault of Schuhs).

I am shocked at what a joke this company is. I placed a order for trainers for my daughters birthday online and Was told they would be her on the 11th or 12th of feb. That was fine as her party is on saturday howere the parcel states delivered but it has not been as i was at work. I have now been told by schuh that i have to wait 8 days for ups to do a investigation into this. I did not have a decision on the delivery company yet me and my daugher are the ones that suffer because of it. I think this is a joke and would seriously advise people not to use this company because once they have taken your money they dont care!!! Once this is sorted i will never shop with schuh again!!

Really disappointed with the quality of the black men shoes I bought 3 months ago, they were man made upper and sole. There are holes in both soles already that are letting in water and the sole is also peeling away from the front on both shoes. Because you can't return shoes after being worn I shall have to bin them and go to Clarks.

I was greeted immediately by Molly who was very attentive happy and pleased to attend to me, she was very refreshing, all the other staff were very helpful and interested in pleasing the customers, very nice atmosphere.

Took my 5 year old daughter in to have her feet measured and get her some smart new trainers. The staff made her feel like the most important person in the world and couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Five star review well earned. Schuh's trainer recycling scheme, where you get a five pound voucher for your old, battered trainers is a great idea.

Bought some new boots today - even though it was very busy, Evie who served me was super helpful and friendly and her calmness took the stress out of shopping. Fantastic service

Friendly staff didn't have female doctor Martin's in size 5 said they couldn't order them in either so bought them online from doctor Martins for £171 with 10% off so probably cheaper too their loss I guess.
