I was coming very close to running out of chick crumb, and didn't have anyway of getting to a shop, luckily my driver from work was very close to these guys, they were really helpful, sorted him out with the correct feed, and were really helpful with the payment. I was so impressed with the help and advice, I decided to go out my way to pop into the shop in person. I was only window shopping really, and wanting some advice. The chaps in the shop were brilliant, full of great advise, and not just trying to sell you whatever they can. Brilliant customer service and advice. Overall, I'd highly advice anyone like myself who is doing garden chickens, to visit this shop in person, and experience the great knowledge and service from chicken gear Poole. Well impressed :-)

I have always found the service in this shop absolutely brilliant. The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable about keeping chickens and are always happy to share their own experience with me. They have never tried to sell me anything extra to my requirements. I don't have experience of their delivery service but I would recommend visiting the shop if you are in the area as they have valuable advice to offer and you get to see things that perhaps you hadn't thought about. Very knowledgeable and always have what I need in stock.

I recently placed an order worth £71.50 to be delivered by 1-2 day delivery (I paid £25 delivery charge for this). 7 days later only one fourth of my order has arrived. I spoke to the sellers - Richard and Robert - about it, and they have refused to take any responsibility for this and will not refund my delivery costs. I have since been advised by Trading Standards that their terms and conditions" are a violation of the Distance Selling Act and Sale of Goods Act
