I’ve used A1 for an early morning airport drop off and a late pick up from a wedding outside of London. Both times the drivers have been prompt and communication overall has been good. Would happily recommend A1 to other friends and I’m sure I will be using them again! The app is also really handy for getting an indication of price before booking.

Have used a1 car service a few times. Very reliable and pleasant service. Today the driver was young and by far the best driver. Aslan was very helpful, considerate, even checking with me about music or radio preference, that was very much appreciated. Well done Aslan

Useless company. Pre booked an 8 seater mini cab, day of the journey told they could only source a 6 seater which was fine as we had a few passengers drop out but then get a call at the supposed time of pickup to be told there are no cabs available not even 2 4 seaters and they had taken the money of my card already!! Shocking service.

Do not use this taxi firm. Last summer they cancelled my return taxi on me, leaving me stranded on the wrong side of London as a lone female during tube strikes after a concert.I was giving them a second chance last week and they arrived 35mins late to pick me up for the airport. I missed my flight as a result. When I tried to discuss this with them on the phone, they hung up on me.Absolute jokers who are not qualified to be running a taxi firm. Avoid.

I've been using A1 for airport trips for a while and they’ve been consistently reliable and professional. The drivers are courteous and knowledgeable about the best routes at peak times. The cars are always clean and well-maintained. Easy and stress-free!

Used A1 Cars for an airport trip this week when there was a train strike. Booked online and got a confirmation via email, then was sent the drivers number via text 3 hours before leaving and got a tracking link when he was dispatched. Driver turned up 10mins early and wasn’t pushy about leaving early so that was perfect to not be stressed about being late. Price was very reasonable, driver Sam was helpful with bags and very nice. From our experience would recommend

Fantastic, prompt, friendly and reliable service. I used A1 cars after getting a recommendation from a local SW18 neighbourhood forum and was pleasantly surprised! The driver collected 3 of us from 3 separate stops en route to the airport and it was totally smooth without any delays - this is how taxi companies should be run… without the uncertainty and frustration of using the mainstream ride hailing apps which (in my experience) seem to always let me down. Thank you A1 cars London!

A1 cars came to my rescue trying to find a luxury private hire company to assist me and my family on my trip to the London and around the UK. They were very courteous, punctual and accommodating in every way possible. I have used A1 for many early morning airport trips and also recently booked a more complex trip with 2 of the large 8 seater cars. The booking team are very helpful and friendly and, in my experience, the taxis are very reliable always arriving on time. Would definitely recommend to others.
