B-Unit Krav maga

Decided to give a go to the beginners course and absolutely loved it! Atmosphere is fantastic, while it can be challenging it really helped me to build some needed confidence and discover super-powers I didn't even know I had :)

I now have some confidence, thanks to this great sport and instructor! And I get to punch and kick people!

I've been attending classes since October 2020 and I can't recommend B-Unit Krav Maga enough.The tutition is accessible and friendly with lots of encouragement given and I really feel like I've progressed in ability, passing my P1 grading in Nov 21. The classes are high-energy and interesting and the techniques taught are both practical and effective in countering real-life dangers in the street, resulting in higher levels of confidence and fitness.

Has completely changed my mindset, my outlook on life, my perception of dealing with violent encounters should I ever need to defend myself and protect loved ones.The best £35 per month you will ever spend!!The instructors are awesome (and completely crazy!) Everyone there is welcoming, friendly and training is a great way to get fit and healthy and protect yourself in the process. Would recommend Krav to anyone. Stop wasting your life away and get signing up!!!!!

These guys are the real deal when it comes to Krav Maga. Great club and great instructors, if you want to learn to defend yourself, this is the place to go.

I did the starter krav maga course here expecting strict teaching, gruelling workouts, and intimidation. But from day 1, and every session since, learning krav maga with Norm and everyone else at the club has been the perfect blend of fun and serious; it has been a joy. Yes, we are there to learn new skills and techniques, and I have learnt so much already. But it is also full of laughs and camaraderie and it feels like a safe space (just with kicks and knives!). I have grown in not only my krav knowledge but my physical and mental strength and my confidence too.

Such a fantastic place to learn authentic Krav Maga (self defence) in a safe and friendly environment. Norm is an excellent instructor who genuinely cares for his students and delivers top notch training.Since joining I’ve learnt a range of things from defences against punches, kicks, guns, knives, groundwork, multiple attackers...etc. Extremely practical and invaluable for everyone. Also an excellent workout.
