A thoroughly negative experience. Was looking for a good steak. Rationalized that a restaurant 'specialising' in steaks was best option. Skinny tough steaks with overcooked chips. Waitress was lovely and apologetic. Manager virtually ordered us to leave. We never even got to explain our complaint to him!! Never ever have I had such a negative restaurant experience. My husband had to stop and slow his breathing he was so upset. If there was a zero stars rating I would have chosen that.

Well me and my girlfriend walked in and was not what we expected. Our starter was really good and considering the pricing, we was expecting that high quality food. Then came to our mains and this was so disappointing, soon as the food hit the table I thought straight away it was something I would get from a local Chinese takeaway and considering the price we was paying, it was a massive let down. The service was bang on average. One of the waitress slammed the drink on our table and walked off. It took us around 20minutes to get our bill after asking twice. The price you will pay can be better spent else where.

Good HALAL FOODAwesome service, staff were very helpful and meticulous when it came to ordering gluten-free food for my family members.I ordered the sirloin steak well done. It was perfectly cooked. Juicy and not chewy.I didn't expect much when it came to halal food in Dundee. But I was impressed with these guys.

We haf the kobee burger and it was good but not the best i have had. But it was a lovley reasturant with freindly staff and the food was there pretty quickly considering it was kind off busy

Consistently served Eastern cuisine of high quality a fantastic customer service. If you've never tried Japanese food before try it here, good range of East to West and drinks Bar has great selection. Parking nearby at Malmaison Hotel. Steven the manager and all of his team are a delight.

Fantastic food, great service. Wrong wine was served before staff quickly rectified this, myself and my partner both had the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection and the chef approached us on leaving to ask how our evening was. This added a personal touch which contributed to an excellent evening! We’re from Edinburgh and will definitely return on our next visit to Dundee.

Had a meal here as part of a birthday celebration, we were a table of 11 and found kobee to be very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Our table had varied dishes from the menu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. Even the kids were happy! The food was absolutely fantastic. The birthday boy had steak and said it was the best steak he has had in a long time. Will definitely be back!

Food was reasonable and decently priced. But the wait was simply too long, even just to pay the bill took quite a while. Otherwise, worth trying. The staffs & ?owner were friendly too.
