Brought my car from Lindleys on Saturday and picked it up today can’t thank Emily enough she was helpful friendly and she helped me from start to finish and making feel at ease as I know nothing about carsI would defo recommend Lindleys!!!

Easy, pleasant and no pressure sale. Living over an hour away, the reservation system allowed us to view the car easily. Emily was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We have received exceptional after sales support with a small but persistent issue with the car. This has been handled personally by the director, Martin O'Toole, who has solved this with tenacity and a level of professionalism that I have never experienced in 40 years of car buying. The issue has been resolved and the car is fantastic. The car was collected from us and returned fixed. Purchased a car from Lindleys after a bad experience elsewhere and couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Went and looked at it last week, went and collected it yesterday. 12 month MOT, full service history and even had the wheels refurbed for me in the colour I wanted. Dealt with Emily throughout and she was polite and helpful. Couldn’t be happier, thankyou so much.

After seeing the Astra GTC on-line and watching the video it was very easy to reserve it and arrange a test drive. That went well after which it was given a fresh MOT test and I collected it a few days later.Excellent service.

Amazing service and everything you would want when buying a car ! We bought a lovely Ford Focus on a cold and miserable day. We arranged to visit the car at 12:00pm and despite the horrible day, the car was cleaned, vacuumed and polished sitting in a nice, open and dry showroom. The first experience in buying a car from any dealer is how the car is presented, and we were not disappointed, it looked perfect and in fact my first word was wow". We were in-and-out in less than 1 hour (probably because Forest were playing at home) with the car we went to see. Fantastic service from the minute we spoke to the minute we drove away very happy. Emily from start by producing video of car was excellent and she was there right through the sale, she is very good at her job!only negative I didn’t notice bonnet touch up large stone mark, and wing mirror same! I will have to get respray now but Thanks again’
