Every waste bin was full. I asked the cashier where can i deposit the packaging from the meal we had purchased but he was not interested, so we took our litter home.

It's a serving station providing services like petrol, drinks and food. It's everything you expect and nothing more. Efficient and doesn't try to be something it is not.

The fuel is grossly overpriced, likely knowing they are the only service station on this stretch of the northbound carriageway.Circa £2 for a small bottle of fizzy drink? That's just profiteering.A woman feel and had a nasty cut to her leg, the tarmac outside the front of the shop is pitted and in a state of disrepair. The staff of the shop did react and offered a chair and some blue paper roll, but surely there is a proper first aid kit???????Wish I could give it zero stars really. That poor woman eat in tears and all they could offer was some blue roll for cleaning the loo and a chair out the front where everyone could see her crying.

Stopped for a comfort break. Toilets not too bad, but 4 stars due to wet floor in male and female cubicles- could it be a leaking pipe?

Nice stop off on route to Worcester, greggs, and Asda in store . Always stop here for a coffee break at Greggs

‘24 hour’ yet no one was there for 15 mins tonight. No note or sign and all the lights were on but couldn’t get any fuel.

Advertised as services but nowhere to sit down and drink a quiet coffee or rest on a journey. Probably a good store but I wanted rest.

Got a flat tyre driving into this place.Changed tyre, toilet was closed (at 6pm) so I couldn't wash my hands after this. Staff didn't care or check on us even though we were in distress, just a bit poor.

I travel around the southwest for work, and I have to say this is by far the best garage for miles around. the twins, the little older lady with glasses and the tall gentleman are all very polite and happy and the shop is always stocked with items, i always stop when I can for my morning coffee. Another garage only a few miles away by the hospital has rude staff, no stock, and just never feel comfortable in there, so I stopped going (also esso garage).
