Great tasty food with generous portions. I personally love the home made burger. Everything is cooked well without being overcooked. Love it here.

The dog behind the counter would not stop barking which was high pitched and awful and totally ruined the atmosphere. We also got awful food poisoning from the brunch. Staff were nice

Went for an all day breakfast a week a go today and me and my partner have been ill ever since. There was a dog running around the kitchen and behind the counter barking the entire time we were there. I'll never go back.

If you're looking for a proper greasy spoon, with tasty food (including homemade cakes), friendly staff and farmyard animals, this is the place for you.Great value and £1 refills on hot drinks. You can't beat this place. You can by bags of food to feed the animals and there's even a small indoor play area for little ones.

If you do not want to be greeted with smiles and a great service by bubbly, down to earth staff, this isn't the place for you. We visited this morning with our dog, who was offered a cooked sausage, and all had a great time. The food was lovely! We paid for what we got, and the portion sizes certainly weren't stingey! My partner had the big breakfast, and he didn't finish! I had the meat free breakfast :) This place had a nice family feel to it, and we had a lovely chat with the owner, a lady from Newcastle who's been here for 25 years. She was a real gem, and overall, the whole experience was our cup of tea! We'll definitely return if we're in the area again. Thanks, guys!

Good value for money food, farm animals and a mini soft play area indoors are both great attractions for young kids.Really let down by the state of the customer (and hopefully not staff) toilets. The hot water in the ladies toilets doesn't work, there was no toilet paper left in the ladies, and the mens toilets were really disgusting.
