Amazing first class, cannot wait to go back as soon as possible. Was planning on doing one class a week but after this first one I plan on doing 3 a week! Andy is a great teacher with a great sense of humour. There is such a good vibe in the class, everyone seems so friendly! The warm up and cool down are brutal though haha!
