Great little M&S, would say it's a medium sized one but does have an in store bakery which had just baked some fresh fruit scones and they smelt amazing! Has a good selection of foods including a wide selection of lunch time meal deals. Staff were friendly and helpful

Rude, snobby staff. They only got time for older people and look down on anyone under 35 with suspicion. Few staff members very friendly eg Southern chap and guy on bakery otherwise the rest need to adjust their attitude somewhat, go on a course or find a new career.

Today it was terrible. Went in to order xmas turkey. The Lady was very nice but had no idea how to take my order. She got another member of staff neither could sort out how to do it on the computer. Disaster after half an hour of trying they could not do my order i had to walk away as my time was up on the car park. I have now Placed my order at Booths where the staff knew what they were doing Your Loss M&S

Loved it in here. A well stocked store with pretty much everything. They offer trolleys so you can do a weekly shop. Bakery, flowers, click and collect etc.

I go here for fresh fruit, and then feel compelled to browse the reductions on offer.To be honest, food is much better tasting, and for sure better value in Aldi.M and S food is very hit and miss. More miss for me, as most food I purchase ends up in the trash. For great tasting food, with a vast choice for my palate, I am into Ocado.This particular branch has a lot of elderly staff, most of whom are not helpful.At times many more staff members, than patrons.

I would like to thank Babs & Jane St Anne's simply food branchMy mum is retired staff.. & we had big problems linking her obsolete staff discount card to her sparks card.. (my mum doesn't do technology)After visiting her local stores without any assistance...(can't do it )We decided to call here as they are ..always lovely.Babs & Jane could not have been more helpful & mum is now sorted. Thankyou for fantastic service

We have visited the store today and have visited many times over the years. Parking outside is free for the first 30 minutes and there are spaces for blue badge holders but no concessions after the free 30 mins. There were a number of people sat on the floor outside the store asking for money which was a little off putting for my elderly mum. Inside the store was busy and there were queues at the cash registers. I also wanted a christmas light up tin of shortbread which was advertised on the shelf but out of stock. I was a little disappointed today.

I love this shop. The quality and range of their products are fantastic. All the staff are lovely, in particular I would like to give a special thank you to a lady called Elaine. She is always upbeat, extremely helpful, friendly and nothing seems like too much trouble. She is a credit to the store. The shop is always immaculate and feels very safe with regards to covid measures and hygiene. I'm vegetarian and their range & choice of meat alternatives is great. Well done M&S St Annes, keep up the good work.
