Standard has drastically fallen. Used to absolutely depend on getting my coffee & bfast b4 catching my 7am bus. Almost always close & only opened just for a few hrs now. All competitors around are doing better. Management should be ashamed of themselves for not resolving the staff shortages that have been on going for months now. Very very poor standard.

This is rather embarrassing for this particular location as for a small unit, one would expect a better and cleaner unit.On first glance of the fridge fans said it all.Just have a look and decide if you want to have anything from that fridgeThe sausage received today was oily and soggy. What then happened to this unit?Definitely not great guys. Up your game

Cheap food. Average but consistent coffee as its machine made. Try the expensive local coffee chains for an inconsistent one, you might be lucky but probably not!

A little Greggs on the St Albans high street, you shouldn't go wrong - but unfortunately the customer service at the counter was bad.I ordered a breakfast roll deal, but was answered with a rude shrugging shoulders and palms out stance! There was a huge picture of a breakfast roll with bacon in it, so I said bacon"? Still no response
