From the off Davisons were quick to get documents to me for initial instruction. I was in a small chain of just 2 houses with less than 100m moving distance apart. Within 2 months we were advised our Solicitor had been made redundant and were then assigned Will and Lauren. I must say Lauren has been amazing from her initial contact all the way through to the completion of contracts. Her communication and patience has been much appreciated. We didn't hear from Will as much but he assured us each time there was an issue and explained things well. Unfortunately it was our buyers solicitor who delayed our sale and purchase by 3 weeks however we felt we did a lot of pushing and everytime we had to call Davisons to get things progressed and answered. A transaction that should have taken and initially promised 3 months turned in to 5.
