Carl Betty Martial Arts - Ebbw Vale

My son has been attending Carl Betty Tae Kwon-Do for 4 years now and still loves every minute of it! Carl is amazing with all his students and they really become a little family, it is so lovely to see how they all support, encourage each other. The smiles on all the students faces when they leave class really says it all x

My son loves going to Taekwon-do, he attends classes 6 times a week and thoroughly loves every minute. Carl is a phenomenal instructor with all age groups and has given my son so much confidence, I have seen my son grow from strength to strength.I also attend Carl’s classes which I throughly enjoy. It has taught me self discipline and perservance. It has become a hobby that I very much love and enjoy. I initially joined the class because I could see how Much my son enjoyed the classes and it was a great opportunity for both of us to enjoy the classes together.I would highly recommend Carl’s classes.

Carl is an amazing teacher my son absolutely adores him and has come on so much since starting this class he is amazing with the kids and so patient would recommended him to anyone

My 10 year old son has been training with Carl for over two years when he first started doing classes. He loves going and looks forward to class each week Carl is an amazing instructor has got so much time and patience with the kids he is respected by all the students he has. My son's confidence as developed so much since attending would highly recommend the class

Incredible sport to get into my son loves it. He can learn how to protect himself and be with friends from school. He looks forward to classes each week and he’s always learning something new. Carl is brilliant with him and the others and no question is so much. All questions are answered and he goes above and beyond to ensure my son enjoys his classes.

My 6 yr old daughter has been going to Carls class for over 2 years and thoroughly enjoys it. She's been taught not only taekwando, but self defense too.She's has developed very good team building skills, she understands the importance of turning up even when you don't feel like it, not to let her team down and seeing things through to the end.She is also learning to break down her fears with her sparring.She has won Tiger of the year" "student of the month" and only this weekend earned her blue belt.Amelia is part of the "sas" or "students assisting students" programme which she thoroughly enjoys.Carl is extremely patient

We have know Carl for a few years now from little one going to tae kwon do. it's really being a life changing experience in all sectors of life from confidence to fitness for my little girl. Carl has really made a difference and gave a good footing for the future as she enters the comprehensive school.
