I booked my Audi Q5 automatic diesel in for a service friendly mechanic picked it up off my driveway and brought it back later if that isn't great service I don't know anyone who does this car is running brilliant now these guys are doing a great job will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Don’t waste your time, car came out with more problems than what it went in with.Was told the car needed a new turbo but when I came to pick it up and drive away the engine warning light came on immediately so I took it back and was told they needed to keep it another night after already having it for a week. Next day get a call to say it’s a gearbox issue and ‘that’s not something we deal with’ so after spending over £1500 including £85 on diagnostics I came to pick it up the next day with more problems than it went in with (driver door central locking also seems to have mysteriously broken whilst in their care, told that was due to cold weather)I asked for a partial refund or some form of goodwill gesture and the previously nice guy Alan suddenly got angry probably because he knew he was in the wrong. He even admitted if he was me he wouldn’t have been happy with the service.So much for being German Car ‘Specialists’ and so much for the ‘reputation’ Alan seemed so proud of earlier on that phone. Would recommend anyone thinking of using this garage to go elsewhere, so many decent honest garages out there don’t bother with this one.

Excellent in every respect. Great attention to detail. The customer service from Kieron was also exceptional. He even opened up when he was shut so I could pick up the car at a time more convenient to me. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience with both Alan and Kieron who have patiently worked on my car for the last 2 weeks after the engine warning light came on and car went into limp mode. From the moment I brought my car to them I felt assured that I was in good, knowledgeable hands. They diagnosed the issue efficiently and found shoddy workmanship left behind by a previous Audi dealership.New part was ordered and arrived quickly, appointment arranged to fit swiftly and even though after the fit, the problem had not quite gone away, I was re-booked in a matter of days later to fully establish the root cause of the lingering problem and rectify. I can now say my car is back in full working order and couldn’t be happier with the service received. I will be booking my car in with Alan and Kieron for all future services and can also say that their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of work received.I really feel like I have found a garage that I can trust which is so valuable!Thank you both for such a pleasant experience.

Service is second to none here, not only from ensuring the work is carried out to a high standard but the customer service involved also. Collecting my car from home and dropping it off all whilst I am in work.And then the extra touches whilst in for works.Key fob was dead so changed it - no charge, Spoiler wasn't working so fixed it - no charge.Just to note some.I know my car is going to kept running like new whilst these are maintaining it.Thanks again for great service.
