I purchased a ‘rise and recline’ chair from Derek and Karen Caplin and from the beginning to the end of the transaction I received good advice and no pressure to make a purchase. I am very pleased with my chair and would recommend this business to anyone! I also received good aftercare too when I asked for the cushioning to be softened! A very reliable, friendly and helpful couple!

The results far exceeded our expectations, we had 2 sofas upholstered. We now have beautiful sofas of quality and comfort. From choosing the fabric to the end result, this company’s attention to detail & service is outstanding. Please don’t think this is a cheaper option to buying new, you have to keep in mind you will be getting a far superior product back in material, cushions & comfort that will be unique & last many years to come. Highly recommended.
