After seeing an unwanted guest in my home, I sought out some help in getting rid and how I can proof my home. I would highly recommend this company, most specifically Nick. He’s very professional, arrived on time, covered his outdoor shoes when in my home which, is something I really appreciate- esp with a crawling baby around.He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all the questions I had which was lovely to see. I’m sure most would get fed up. Thank you for all the help Nick.

I found the service faultless. The employees were courteous, discreet and helpful. The appointments were adhered to, with ample reminders. Nick was the last one to check the loft and was very thorough, taking the time to explain what he was doing. Thank you for making this experience as reassuring as possible.

WARNING to all suppliers who supply goods to John O'Connor!! We are a business who have supplied John O'Connor with many plants and other materials for their landscape business, but they are very poor in paying their debts and most of the time not at all and try to make excuses to get out of paying overdue bills.The head office seem to be oblivious to actions being taken by local managers and don't seem to take responsibility for decisions that the local managers make in the area.We have supplied over 30 invoices to the head office which their local manager had collected the goods for jobs and none have been paid for or even acknowledged by the head office. No response and are impossible to get through to.Very shady company in our opinion. Some backhanded jobs are being done from what we have heard from other sources.If we could put minus stars then we would.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FIRM!!

Because of this drivers erratic driving, I made a mistake on a roundabout and pulled out in front of them - admittedly my error but believed due to the speed and follow distance they were coming off at the previous exit.What followed was an aggressive pursuit whist shouting and using hand signals to show the scale of total moron you employ. The driver followed feet from my bumper. Well he really told me, hope he feels better about himself.

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Suzie who helped me yesterday! Completely unrelated to what this company provides but I thought I’d give her a mention. Yesterday afternoon after I filled up with fuel at the jet garage near clophill my car wouldn’t start again. She kindly came over and offered some help with a starter pack and got me going again within minutes! It’s a nice bit of kit she’s got and told me how much it was and where to buy it and gave me some really good advice how to recharge the battery from home. Much appreciated, and I hope this gets back to her! Thank you!!!
