I tried this take away service as my usual one was closed ‘ I must say I was very impressed with both the food an portions ‘ delivery was on time an very friendly service ‘ thank you Gah Shing I will be back

Literally the worst Chinese I've had in London so far. The chilli salt chicken wings were refried so many times they were mostly inedible and had to be thrown away. @Gah Shing please note: adding honey to oyster sauce does not create BBQ sauce for ribs, neither does adding chilli flakes to sweet and sour chicken create Kung po prawns. Definitely my first and last order.

Bad service got order wrong on 2 items and not the first time. When called they tried to blame the order wrong on me. But big difference between asking for Singapore chow main they sent king prawn. At least 3 times did not chop ribs as requested . They still would not admit made a mistake. After ordering there for over 3 years will look for somewhere else. Would not recommend ordering any food from them as a take away as they do not care and won't rectify thier mistakes.

I have ordered Spicy Prawns and sauce was soooo sweeeet so i couldn't eat it at all. Misleading the dish. On top of this - a rude telefon person. Never get back again.

Poor customer service, the lady that takes the order is rude and the language barrier makes it hard to understand. I would not order from here.

I have to say I read the good and bad reviews and took the plunge, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised(I'm picky when it comes to Chinese takeaway). The chicken chow mein was not greasy and plenty of chicken,chicken curry was nice and flavoursome and my large pork fried rice was a good portion with good flavor..All in all I was happy with what I had and if there rest is like this I have found a go to takeaway...The only thing I could moan about was the delivery time, but it was a Friday and it was only about 15 mind over time...So far so good...Sorry to say I just checked the food hygiene rating and it's 1....I'm not going to eat from a place that can't get basic hygiene right....If it gets higher I'll be back as the food tastes nice...

1.5hrs to arrive when 30m usually, Overcharged me, Missed my soup, argued with me, when they redelivered it was all split and they said that happens when they deliver just one soup, and it was the wrong soupUsed to be good, but has got worse

First time customer, decided to give it a try to form my own opinion. Visited and order at the counter, food was made quickly and was hot when I got home even with 7-10 minute walk home. The thing I noticed was that the delivery driver was on his phone constantly, even when he was told to make a delivery, he was on the phone talking to someone for a few minutes longer before making a move. I think they need to find a new delivery driver willing to do the job and not someone who is doing the job because they have to. It has clearly let the business down in this aspect.
