Went to Lois two weeks ago for an eyebrow wax and tint, I’ve had this treatment before with Lois so knew how professional she was and friendly and wanted to see the new premises in Bangor. I experience a calm and friendly atmosphere and knew I was in safe hands, I have had other treatments such as a massage would definitely recommend Lois to anyone looking to treat themselves!

Had a deluxe pedicure and it was just fab - thoroughly pampered so relaxing and a fantastic professional job from start to finish - my feet look and feel amazing and done in a gorgeous space which all adds to the experience - definitely recommend

Lois is a fabulous Beautician. She has a genuine interest in you and listens to what you the client requests and puts you 100% at ease. Lois has a very warm and welcoming personality. I have been going to Lois for a while now and I can honestly say I would not want to go anywhere else. She is so warm and friendly and amazing at her job! Always greets you with a smile and checks in just to make sure everything is going OK after treatments (I get my brows tinted and threaded and a Hollywood Wax too). Couldn't recommend highly enough, you would not be disappointed if you went to her x
