Due to Corona Virus had to wait outside the shop to get seen too, however the staff was busy chatting and laughing to assist or bother coming over even after seeing me stood there. When someone did eventually come over she was pretty rude just kinda stared at me like 'what do you want' and I was confused as to whether I went in the shop myself (there was no one inside) or what? Eventually she told me I had to ask for a product so I showed her a picture from the Game website only to be told there's none. Nothing else like if there was anything similar or if you even stock the product so I could come back another day?? She just walked off! Poor customer service.

Service just isn't great. Stuff out of stock all the time but still advertised on the shelves. One click and collect order too nearly two weeks to arrive and couldn't even use the free voucher instore as everything was unavailable. No apology for my wait either

Extremely poor service. Went to trade in a mobile device and buy some products. Waited an hour and a half for them to test the device. At the end of this time, they hadn’t tested our device; hadn’t contacted us to let us know that they wouldn’t have time to test it; and they claimed that they were too busy. Despite us being one of two customers in store at the time they did not suggest doing it immediately, instead they suggested that we leave it with them for longer (but we couldn’t leave it with them overnight) or bring it back during the week. Needless to say, we have taken our custom elsewhere and will not be returning to this store.

Bought a nice collector set for Pokémon was quite cheap and really nice staff was friendly and approachable everything there is kept in a good state. Most stuff is a bit pricey but high quality, would like to see more high end keyboard and mouses for same prices as online to have some competition with big stores or Amazon, rest of the shop is amazing always nice pops and cool games on display

Excellent service received today. I had real issues with my Nintendo Switch - Nintendo were so difficult to get hold of and we’re unable to help on the chat and took weeks to respond via email - so I gave up and thought I would give Game Warrington a try, so glad I did. The assistance I received today instore was exceptional, the gentleman had lots of patience and knowledge and was able to fix my issue. Both colleagues instore we’re extremely helpful. Thank you so much for all your help. I would highly recommend this store, plenty of stock and great service.
