No vegan sandwiches available at the Upminster branch. Plus everything is slightly more expensive than my locals. Maybe because it can charge more due to it being beside a train station. I will give this one a miss as they cannot be asked to put enough products out, and charge more.

Its located a long the high st.wheelchair access, on the ground floor can be busy with queue especially launch time, their staff are polite and i love their hot snacks and varieties of both hot as well as chill drinks.

Friendly behind the counter there which isn't always the case in a Greggs for some reason. I could live on the cheese salad baguettes and crisps... and don't start me on the sausage rolls, they're great!

Treated myself to a Greggs sausage roll while I killed 13 minutes before an appointment with a certain individual (I can't say who or why because it's confidential so please don't ask). While I snacked on my savoury pastry I made some notes in my journal but, cor blimey guv'nor, wouldn't you know it, my pen ran out!I remained calm, however, and told myself I must rapidly adapt to this new reality, no matter how ill-prepared I may have been.I stared at my part-consumed sausage roll and formulated a new plan. Noting a small area of burnt pastry I broke off a piece and used it to continue adding words of profound depth to my journal entry. So, to all the bakers at Upminster Greggs, I offer my heartfelt gratitude for the creation of that sausage roll.

Eveytime you go in, you have to wait far too long.Always one person serving, taking money, making drink etc etc.You want to grab a quick drink and sandwich to get on the train, but it always huge waiting times.Useless bakers.

Under social distancing this Gregg's had a serene feel. Staff very helpful. It is good to have the option to buy their sausage rolls again.

I wanted a breakfast wrap early in the morning (around 7) and took it to the counter to be warmed up. The lady there realised the machines weren't on and she couldn't warm it up. She apologized for it and offered me an alternative. I felt strongly that that was great customer service which should be commended.

Greggs Upminster is located in the same building with Upminster train station. It serves good coffee, snacks, softs drinks, pastries etc. The service was nice.

Pros: Spacious area, nice staff, Tasty food, Grab and go, Plenty of staff to make the Retail a quick wait. The king of the sausage rolls are next to upminster station!! Cons: Not enogth seating, No easy to eat food that are nit puddings. No spoon when you order a chocolate pudding I had one of the staff hand deliver it to me as there was none.
