Crown Decorating Centre - Halesowen

Big shout out to Wendy. Had a number of different surfaces I needed paint for and wasn't sure what various types of paints and primers I needed. Wendy could not have been more helpful in identifying what I needed for the the job.

Honestly will not go anywhere else for paint now. Such lovely staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. I was not made to feel stupid for being so indecisive about which off white I needed for my kitchen!!! Excellent customer service with sound advice.

I had a customer who wanted their kitchen paint matching for redecorating, but they couldn't remember the make or name of the paint. I scraped a small sample off the wall & fixed on masking tape. Laura at the Crown Halesowen Branch was brilliant, it was a busy morning but she took the time to help me, scanned the sample successfully despite it being small and cracked, got a paint code and went through the swatches with me - the result was an almost perfect match, using Macpherson Acrylic durable matt.The attached photo shows the original paint on the right of the cooker hood, & 1st coat of the new paint on the left.The customer is delighted.Many thanks to Laura for her time & help!!Jordan Foster.
