What a revelation! I chanced upon the Philip Morris website while checking out prices for a Barbour Hereford jacket. Delivery was rapid and efficient; I saved over £40 and the jacket fits beautifully. I'm a very happy (new) customer.

Beware! Website offers free delivery on all orders over £50, but not to all locations on UK Mainland! Despite my order value being £135, I was still charged £4.95 delivery to the Scottish Highlands! Very disappointed!

I checked online and found that they were offering the Barbour jacket I wanted 20% off the price showing instore. That discounted price included postage - or you could buy it click and collect. Unsurprisingly I was given the online price. I assume that if I hadn't asked the question that I would have been charged full price. If that is right then I don't think that is fair on the non savvy. Mind you, it was just my good luck that I spotted it as I was in fact looking at prices being charged by other sellers. And a £58 saving is a lot!

Poor website listing and intransigent customer service. I ordered some Brabantia bin bags from them on-line. The title of the listing was misleading as to the number of bags I would receive. When I emailed customer service they would not admit that the website was misleading nor that it could be improved. It was as though they didn't see anything wrong with the wording.I could have easily bought the same bin bags cheaper from high street stores such as John Lewis.
