Burgess has attended our property on multiple occasions he assisted with the heating installation and attended when I burst a new pipe. He has responded very quickly to a multitude of call outs for broken toilets or leaks and has completely fixed or left in working order in readiness for a future fix and this is vital for a small b&b like ours as we can not afford to shut off rooms.
