Karen is amazing with my cockapoo! He absolutely loves her and gets excited to see her so I know he’s comfortable and enjoying his grooms. He always looks incredible and smells lovely, and his coat is in such a great condition since going to Pawfection.

Karen is a lovely kind lady, Mia our Chinese crested powderpuff was so happy & excited after her groom. Karen groomed Mia for the first time, she went in a little scruffy as it had been a while, since she had a groom, but oh my lord she came out a beautiful princess. We booked Mia back in for her next groom.Thank you Karen x
