Attended the dentists for hygiene appointment-was welcomed by receptionist and seen promptly by dental hygienist who was very efficient and friendly. Excellent as always.

Nicola was really lovely, as my daughters had told me. I am extremely phobic about anything dental. Nicola put me at ease and said she would see me again in January next year. However, the receptionist said it wasn't possible due to me previously being seen by Jane at another practice and Nicola's list was booked up. I was distressed as l find it really traumatic going from one to another, and the rest of my family are with Nicola. The receptionist kindly resolved the situation for me, l'm sorry I have such a problem, l feel silly but can't get to grips with it.

The service at Copmanthorpe dental is excellent throughout.The. Receptionist is wonderful and nothing is to much trouble. I had an appointment today with Gwinteth who is extremely competent and encouraging. And honest when you need to hear the truth in an accessible way.

I would never describe going to the dentist high on my list of interests and hobbies but Rebecca is so gentle and Nicola so thorough, that they make the whole experience almost pleasant !

New patient appointment went well! Not all bad with my oral hygiene. Due at the Bishopthorpe branch but was seen sooner at Cop. Likely will see same dentist at both.

Too much water during clean with hyg’ and teeth bashed with aspirator. The same nurse that when I took a delivery in of botox, and asked if I should put it in the fridge or not, didn’t know. Good dentists. Nice practice. Ex staff, business owner.
