Charging worked perfectly through the app. Loose a star because of quite narrow parking bays. These are only painted on, so could be easily widened to accommodate charging EVs comfortably.

Good chargers and a nice clean McD’s there, but the spaces are really small and hard to get out your car with a car next to you.

touch pad on one was not working, and could not agree to the £30 and the other kept cutting out and would not connect

Yet again the worst experience of charging at any network in the UK. McDonald's should cancel their contract with this firm and go direct to ChargePoint Inc as they have at other sites.

Well so simple and easy to use these 120 kw soon got my ev6 back upto 80% just a shame the prices are going up gradually. Highly recommend though

Always issues with these chargers. Waste of time and mad expensive.Use Tesla instead!!

Walsall-2 not accepting cards to begin charging. Tried 2 debit cards and an InstaVolt card but no luck. Signed up via the app and paid which allowed me to start a charge but I have free charging with InstaVolt. Next nearest is 50 kw and I don’t have time to wait for a slower charge.
