Now has the old manager (James) back who is much better than the previous manager. Kitchens are on a par with the competition but in my experience the customer service at Benchmarx (New Southgate) is second to none. Always feels like they are doing everything they can to help and that they are giving your job top priority. Really easy company to do business with. I've been in the business for over 15years and Benchmarx is 1st choice.

Not happy at all!!I don’t know where to start. Extremely upset.Very poor planning, the colour’s not great. Quality terrible too...So so disappointed, I already feel like changing it all and haven't even removed the plastic yet

Bad planning service, everything was wrong, interior of units a disgusting cream colour and generally poor quality kitchen. I’d go back to Howdens any day!!

Got whole kitchen from them, so helpfull, from begining to end. Gave good recommendations for items and ideas, no pressure to use their in-house products. Great design drawings to help visualise what it will all look like in the end. A real bespoke service. Definitely recommend Helinka to do your designs, so patient and happy to make it such positive experience.
