Came to paint master with my mum, to find a suitable paint for a fireplace. Liz and her colleague were happy to help and give us recommendations and opinions about certain products and colours. They were very helpful and spent a long time helping to chose the correct colour. They were very attentive and friendly, offering help to all customers with a lovely smile. 5 star service! What a find! After trying all the usual places and not finding what I wanted I was recommended to try here. So glad I did. They have a huge range of paint and materials and 25 plus books of wallpaper to choose from. Im a novice where decorating is concerned. Liz helped me so much. Patiently answering my questions. She really was like an interior decorator, advising me on matching colours etc. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Forget B&Q and the rest, this should 100% be your first choice. Knowledgeable friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend hence the 5 stars.

My mum went in here a few weeks ago to ask about a certain colour paint. The lady who served her was rude & abrupt when she asked for her help; she was more interested in talking to her friend rather than helping a customer. Don’t bother going in here if you like good customer service!
