Brought a vintage signit ring in for a resizing and deep seal engraving. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great attention to detail and incredible quality, highly recommend!

First things first, this place is 5 stars. If you read the reviews, those that have given 3 or 4 stars have actually given a positive response. Such a shame they're sat at 4.9 just because of some small minded people.I purchased my signet ring from Lanes after at least 2 months looking at different places online and weighing up my options.They were by far the cheapest, but this wasn't paid for in quality.The customer service from start to finish was brilliant. I used Lanes to make me a NCFC Signet ring. A good friend of mine bought me a NCFC Signet 23 years ago but over that time the crest had near enough worn away, Lanes melted what was left of the ring and made me this one. I was blown away by the craftsmanship. Rob G Elliott

The Design was very detailed and as my wife has small hands I was worried the detail would be lost. Josh and his team were excellent and kept in contact at all times. I was so impressed with the initial service that the 4 hour drive from Guildford to Holt was no longer and issue as I knew I could have full confidence in Lanes.I was right to. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly team and was completely taken aback by the final product. It far exceeded my expectations and at such a reasonable and fair price (which is important) I could not fault a thing.I've bought a lot of jewellery over the years and I can honestly say, even though the shop is miles and miles away I will always go back to Lanes Jewellery.
