SEE PHOTO FOR THE RESULTS OF THESE IDIOTS WORKSEE ALSO CGT BATHROOM FITTERS AS THESE COWBOYS DESTROYED MY KITHEN & BATHROOM WITH THEIR SHODDY WORKNo follow up or proper customer serviceWe complained to Alison ,who never got back to us only referring us to Carl at CGT (fitters)No follow up to see if everything was okStill not resolved a pity really as apart from a couple of issues they would have had a five star reviewThey do not fit as they get another company to thisYou will need to get everything in writing confirmed ,we stressed we did not want the bathroom extractor fan venting in to the the loft but venting on an outside wall this was not conveyed to the fittersFitters also damaged my new front doorThey used CGT bathroom solutions for fitting whoCut corners and do not work to building regulations for electrical work as they do not have a qualified electricianHowever the finished product is very good and the fitting was goodJust a bit miffed as Carl the fitter said he would sort out the building regulations part PBut never didAlso never got back to me about my door

Had 2 bathroom refurbishments using The Bathroom Company. On both occasions Alison as been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All products are of a very high standard and quality. The showroom is always worth a visit and is always full of incredible and imaginative ideas for your bathroom.

Excellent service from Alison, very helpful and very good shop display with quality goods to help choose when you are unsure of what you want. I also wish to give thanks to Darren & Esh the plumber, tiler etc.who did a quality job and highly recommend.
